Registration info

Registration is open until April 30, 2026. Applicants will be notified of the outcome by early June 2026.

To register, log in via one of the CCSD web platforms: Sciencesconf.org, Sciencescall.org, HAL or Episciences. Then, click on the Registration and complete the online registration form. If you do not yet have an account, please create one and then proceed with the registration.

As part of the registration form, applicants must include a short plain-text CV and a brief summary of their current research project.

Request for financial support must be submitted by April 30, 2026, to acme-asiago-sch@sciencesconf.org, including: name, institution, and country, career stage, a brief motivation statement (5-10 lines) and the estimated budget required. Please note that the school already covers accommodation at the Observatory guest house (located within the Observatory grounds), local transportation, and lunches, coffee breaks, and selected dinners. Funding decisions will be communicated by early June 2026.
